Join us to Light up the Night with pre dinner lighting of the menorahs, [bring your own] before enjoying a dairy pot-luck dinner [please bring a dairy dish of your choice], including latkes [made by members of our congregation], our Klezmer band [playing Hanukkah tunes and more music], and games.  Contact Judy for more information.

Recurring every fourth Monday of each month, the RJC is proud to be joining the Companions in Wholeness ministry at the United Methodist Church, Rutland, VT. This group makes hundreds of breakfasts and lunches every day for people in our community.

Chinese Jewish Christmas Dinner

Enjoy Christmas at our annual Chinese Jewish Christmas dinner. There will be a  Movie. Vegetarian Chinese food, and lots of fun. The cost is $40/per adult—$20 Children 7-12. Jewish Discovery School Appeal
​Magen David Adom 

Our JDS students wrote letters and drew pictures to send to Israel Defense Forces soldiers, With the understanding that there is always more to do, this week the kids decided to undertake another project – raising money for Magen David Adom, an organization in Israel that oversees disaster relief, as well as ambulance and blood services.  As one student remarked: “There are a lot of bad things going on in Israel and we want to help.”  
With the goal of raising money from within our congregation, quoting a page from the Magen David Adom website: By donating money, you can save a life in Israel from thousands of miles away. JDS will be collecting money through the end of Chanukah. If you would like to donate, Click Here.
